Annoying
Maybe i'm being a little too picky here, but in IE6, my favorites doesn't display fully. It just shows about 1/2 or so and you have to scroll over an arrow to show the rest. Anyone know the override for this?

Try a higher monitor resolution.Get a bigger monitor. Set the text size ("view>text size>) smaller.

I'm using a 19" at 1280x960, so I don't think thats the problem. On my old computer with a 15" I never had a problem. Setting the text smaller didn't seem to work either. Thanks though.

Grab the separator bar with your mouse and drag it to the right.

I've seen this question quite a few times and I've searched for a way to change IE's Favorites menu to non-scrolling off and on for several years. Never found it. Therefore, I have to assume it's hardwired into IE's code.
I just use the workaround of creating folders and grouping entries into those folders. On my system, (19" monitor, 1024 X 768) it'll display 26 folders before I have to scroll. Someday, I'm going to get them all organized into those 26 folders and still be able to find one when I want it. Today is probably not the day though.
