Hi, Whats up with my cable modem?
I get nice transfer rates in Napster, ICQ and UT...but in IE and downloads my rates never go over 5kb/s! Also Bandwidth tests report back with roughly 5kb/s! Just like to say to anyone else who may have this problem in the future...I managed to fix it with the help of Lobo from http://www.speedguide.net.
