tell me if my attachments are being sent

when i send attachments with mai inl outlook XP and after the bottom thing that says 0% goes to 100% but when i go to sent items it doesn't have the mail with the attachment in the sent mail.

Is it saving any sent messages at all? If not, and if you're using Outlook Express, go to Outlook Express>Tools>Options>Send tab and put a check mark in "Save copy of sent messages in Sent Items folder."

While you've got the Options window open, go to the Security tab and make sure "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is unchecked. Click OK to save any changes.

If you're wanting to double check about attachments, send an email with an attachment to yourself.
