Downloading files........
Win XP Pro, Admin and 2 User accounts. Norton AV and Personal Firewall. I would like to preclude any downloads from the web on the User accounts...... Any ideas how this can be done?

In IE, go to tools > internet options > "security" tab >" custom level" button. Scroll down the list until you see "file downloads". Disable that.
