Using A Second Email Server With Your ISP

I use Juno and can't use Outlook Express for email since Juno has a different kind of email system. My friend gave me his email server number so that I could use Oulook Express for newsgroups. I did this once before several years ago with Windows 98 so I know it works. I think all I did was type his email server number in to the DNS server address window but I just don't remember how to get that window anymore.

When I go to the Internet Connection Wizard in Windows 2000 pro, I get 3 options to choose from:
1. I want to sign up for a new account.
2. I want to transfer my existing internet account.
3. I want to set up my internet account manually.

I don't know what option to choose and how to get that DNS server window and I am paranoid about messing up my current connection because I have a feeling that if I mess with this not knowing what I'm doing I'll end up shutting myself down permanently.

So does anyone know how I can get to that DNS Server Address Window in Windows 2000 Pro so I can put in the server number so I can use Outlook Express to get newsgroups.

I think you were wise in questioning this before you went where you were and started messing with those settings. I believe all you need to do is open up Outlook Express go to tools>Accounts then select the type of account and set it up in there as far as the servers. You of course will have to be connected to the internet first via your normal way then when you open OutlookExpress it should be able to find the news servers that you set up in there..
