Cookie Problem
IE6 will not accept cookies. All was fine until this afternoon. I had to change PSU and RAM in my computer. Booted up and connected to the internet and my system will not accept cookies. Went into IE Properties and set to the lowest security and to "accept all cookies". That didn't help.

Do you by any chance have AdSubtract on your PC? In case you do, here's a link in the M$ K-B. That's a common resolution. In case that doesn't help, here's another possible fix.
