Hey, im using phpbb,

question 1:

does anyone know, when i go in to admin panel then in forum admin in permissions, when i choose and a forum then click look up forum, how do i when in advancd mode, make a extra type of group, so instead of haveing the standed 5, all,reg,private,mod and admin, i could have another one?

question 2: how can i set it to baclup automatic?

if you set it to "private" you can specify which group(s) have access, if that's what you mean.

ok, on question 1 i tryed that but when setting it to private it didnt offere which group can do it?

If you then go to group permissions, you'll see a forum list where you can set which groups have access and which don't.

Ok, question 3: how do i apply a mod? and can i unaplly them? thanks in advanced, tim

Yes, each mod should come with specific instructions for how to install it.

Uninstalling one is just the reverse of installing one. Remove the lines you edited per the read me of your forum, and drop the tables that you created in your database for them. If your host (or your server) has phpmyadmin it's very simple to do.
