MSN question

A friend uses MSN. He used the wizard to setup his internet connection. He hasn't installed MSN on his new homebuilt yet. He can connect, but it won't stay connected. Is it because he hasn't installed MSN 9 disc?

Most probably. I dunno about this disc, but he must get the most up to date version of MSM. He can download it directly from the MSM web site.
