Netscape & Java Applet

Unable to access a site when using ISP Netscape.
Error message ; Loading Java Applet Failed.
OS is Win XP
Downloaded latest Java.

OK using MSN

Is it a specific applet, or all applets aren't working?

They may not have it programmed properly for Netscape - have you tried (ugh) IE yet?

Then it's probably programmed for the M$ VM, not true Java.

Use IE. I despise IE but I have to use it on some sites, nothing else works.

Of course it's legal. If there's any blame to be issued, it should go to the state's web developers. There is no law that dictates web programming standards.
