Looking for an inexpensive video hosting solution

I know this cannot be done for free, as some of my videos will approach 80MB in size. These are some of the web sites I have found, I would appreciate any recommendations.

I guess the size of the video that I host is limited by the disc space. What effect does the data transfer have on the number of times people can stream the video per day? And does it have any effect on the number of times they can save it to their hard drive?
