Microsoft.com???
I am running windows Xp
sometimes, microsoft.com loads and sometimes it doesn't. Right now. the page won't load. My friends are able to view it but I can not. What is the reason? |

It could be for a number of reasons. It's likely though that the problem lies with your ISP or maybe with a renegade firewall/cookie/antivirus setting.

Delete your temporary internet files.
Open a command prompt and type IPCONFIG/FLUSHDNS |
