Hello all!! My girfriend has Windows 98 SE in her pc. She used to play in yahoo games using Internet Explorer 6. A few weeks ago, she tried to open explorer but couldn't. She downloaded Netscape as an alternative since we couldn't figure out what haz happened with explorer (which we couldn't unistall completely from the pc but lower it in version.) Now, for some reasson, Netscape is behaving the same way. When we click on the icon to open it and surf the web, there's no browser opening. Can anyone tell ho to fix this problem??? Any help or info that you van provide will be greatly apprecoated. Have in pc: Internet Explorer 6 and Nestcape 7.1

Thank you, ktkendalll, for your reply. Do you think that using either McAfee or Norton Antivirus will fix the problem or is there some other software like antitrojan or something that we need to use? Thank you again for your info.

dont use McAfee!! Maybe norton but it will lag down the computer. I prefer nod32 and kaspersky. If you want free you can go with avg free or avast.
