how to block unwanted sites

i have a prob. iam working on a computer were a particular site keeps poping up. Its a porn site and ma client aint happy bout it.
I tried spyhunter and the went to Internet options to add it to restricted sites but to ma suprise it comes up wen i type the address again.
Is the any way i can block particular sites so that anybody who comes to use it and types the address it refuses?

Do a spyware scan using Ad-Aware, and Spybot S&D.

Does that site pop up only when you open a particular site or is it just random?

If you want a popup blocker for IE, try Google Toolbar, or a browser other than IE with popup blocking, like Firefox.

Firefox with Ad-block extension can block particular sites.

Go to Control panel, and double click the Network Icon, and the Network window will come up. There you will see a dropdown menu that says "primary network logon" There you will be able to set it so you will be able to bypass the logon password window. Just select "windows logon" instead of "Client for microsoft networks"
