my internet will not display pictures
please help, this is the most annoying thing ever. text displays just fine, but no pictures. there isn't even a little "x" with a box around it. just simply nothing where a pic should be

Go to Tools...Internet Options...Advanced tab. Under Multimedia, make sure that "Show Pictures" is checked.
Are you using a firewall? That can interfere with pictures too. |

that wasn't the problem. It actually seems to come and go. I thought it was our net provider, but noone else in the office has this problem. any more suggestions?

I had the same problem, It was my firewall. What firewall are you using? Also what virus protection are you using?

I think that may be the pic you wanted to view was not uploaded to the webserver thus It does not show up as the page loaded.
