What is your email address at home (to determine ISP)? You will have to use an email client like Pegusus, Eurdora (sp?) or M$ outlook. If you post your email address or ISP here, I can try to look up the settings you will need and the name of the pop3 server. HTH

You are using MS Outlook? Then I would open it up, go to Tools>Account, add, add on the POP3 (pop3.zoominternet.net) [notice the dot, not the @ mark], enter the SMTP (probably smtp.zoominternet.net), and the email address. That might be little off, since I don't have Outlook open, but working off MS Outlook Express.

Hope that helps,
kram

You probably won't be able to use your SMTP because of relay blocking, but getting mail from the pop should be no problem. I usually use webmail when I'm not home. If you have to send mail with SMTP, you could try using the Alltel smtp.
