Unhappy email links, address bar ?s

My problem- I type an address into the address bar and Im brought to a Yahoo search results page. Then anything it found of that address, when I try to link thru there I get "page cannot be displayed" I know the address' are typed correct, I have tried on another comp and it goes right to the page. I also get the same thing with some links thru my emails. Anyone know why it wont go directly to the web page? Im hoping its just a simple setting. Im using winXP, and I have checked all the security settings that the error page says to, have run NortonsAV scan and spyware scans(bazooka and spybot) Thanks

example of one problem....when i type www.classmates.com in the address bar it changes it to
http:///?%20www.classmates.com and i have the "page cannot be displayed" page, also get that if I try clicking on the pre-typed link(such as in this post)...getting rather frustrated since its useless to have an internet you cant get to web pages thru

I get the same "page cannot be displayed" but it didnt add in the extra characters. Not that this page in particular is a big deal, just dont know what other pages it will happen on...
Thanks

try downloading HijackThis, Because I had a problem that when I would open up internet explorer, Then when I would even hit on key it would lag up really badly, So I ran HijackThis and it fixed the problem.

You have way too much junk running in your startup and way too many DPF's and BHO's - and you definitely have spyware - Weatherbug is a source of Gator, for example.

That O10 is normal, that's not a concern.
