Jen,

Did you get an error besides this info from the log file? Like Internet Explorer cause an illegal error and will be shut down? What are your system/OS specs? This could help us better help you out.

Thanks,
Snakeyes

Okay,

The error message I got was:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

It just did it again only this time it said that flash was the problem.

I have an AMD 2800/333 with an ATI Radeon 9800SE. I'm running Windows XP pro with 512M RAM.

Is that the info you are looking for?

Try installing the latest version of Flash if that's what caused the error.

I have been having this same error. Which I have gotten rid of this. Let me give you some info on how i got it... First of I was using the P2P client Imesh-which installs a boatload of adware, spyware, etc... I later learned that it cause the problems to my crashes. The exact file was this program from Ezula TopText lookup utility... If you have any spyware or adware plz try downloading some removers. Also post us the current processes run on your system by going to the Task Manager... If we see any weird looking spyware sounding things i would end them and remove them... Also I do agree with glc. about reinstalling Flash.
