internet explorer problem
My recently built computer is unable to contact to the internet. Using Internet Connection Wizard I get to the Internet account connection information screen and find the "Country/region name and code" space blank. When I click on the down arrow the blank space becomes black and I get the message "icwconn1.exe has generated errors and will close Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." After I installed the new modem (CenDyne 56K/V.92) I checked the installation using PC Doctor and found that it passed both tests. I am at a complete loss.
