Using Apache behind a router

Hey, im running apache / php / mysql on one of my computers. Im using it as a testing server for my websites. I need to know how to access it from outside my lan? When on a computer on my lan i type 192.168.2.xxx to access it, but (obviously that wont work outside the lan). So could someone explain to me how i can get this to work?

You need to use the Virtual Sever on your router to direct the HTTP sever ports from your WAN (external IP) to your LAN (server IP)
Then, you should be able to type in your WAN ip address (the one the isp gives you) and your page should come up!
