ISP File Cabinet Offline

I'm changing ISPs, I have both currently and am using 98se. I'd like to save the Filing Cabinet to my computer if it's not already there as I suspect. I looked for them on my computer and tried making them available offline but with no success. HELP?

I might have known I didn't give enough info, Sorry. The ISPs are juno to roadrunner, juno has the filing cabinet, files to store E-mail I liked to organize. I'd like to move the contents of those files to my computer. Since I posted I found that the file is actually with juno unlike Bookmarks kept with Internet Explorer. No live bodies at juno unlike AOL so not much help from them! Again, I appreciate your help.
