Question Which is best browser at the moment

hello,
i was wondering which browser is the best at this moment ...
mozilla?netscape? are there others to try out?
i did had some good experiences with mozilla, but many people are also using netscape ...
which does have the best i-net protection??? especially against spyware like tracking cookies and all ...

i also have a problem with mozilla ..it's very slow and i can't get to some sites ..f.e. :
http://www.audi.be/mix.asp?lg=nl
it says: downloading data from macromedia, but it doesn't do anything but hang on that moment ...doesn't download or go on the site

Browsers are personal preference. I still prefer IE.

very true , but i.e. doesn't block cookies or even spyware
when i used i.e. i had spyware every week , since i use mozilla...none!
but the prob is i can't get to some sites..probably because of bad settings ...if anyone can give a solution or a better browser which blocks but can go to all sites ...
i heard about firefow + a flashplugin and java would do it , but i tried it and doesn't work out ...anyone who uses this? what are the best settings for firefox???

Well I'm on Firefox as of whenever it came out... gotta love the tabbed browsing...

Hope this doesnt turn into a debate on browser features... remember you asked for their opinions and most likely they know that standard IE doen't block pop-ups or malware, but no arguement can really be made with them since its an opinion... just thought I would mention since ya pointed it out to not important and it just seemed like a more argumentative response... guess I am babbling...

Go Firefox

FireFox. Been running 0.8 since it came out, and if I didn't use that it would be Mozilla or Opera. I only use IE for Windows Update.

Just swiched to firefox and I like it. It is slower than IE but is overall better. Only use IE for online virus scans that dont work with mozilla.

Ive been using MyIE2 for a few months now, and im pretty happy with it. Just like internet explorer but has some cool features like tab browsing, and a bunch of other customization options.

I like Firbird a lot. Some of thoose sites you can't do go to can only be viewed on IE. that bothers me sometimes i don't see why webmasters can't allow all of use to see their site. Not just people on IE.

I generally only use FireFox, unless I need to use a site that only works properly on IE (like the OCZ website today...grrr )

Hmmm, that's interesting. Most people that I know using FireFox find it to be faster than IE, myself included.

well, it depends on the site, some load faster on IE and others load faster on firefox but there seems to be more that are faster on IE though.
