ok, now how is this done?

I know there has to be a way to set your IE browser window size when the program starts. HOw is this done, or even have it start maximised? The reason why I say there's has to be a setting for this is that my browser window size has changed by itself many of times.

It will go back to how it was the last time you closed the last window. You can make it start maximised or minimised(althought I dont see why you would want that) by right clicking the shortcut and going in propreties then changing the "run" option.
