I might be a bit skeptical. I used to look at DizzyHosting, which had 3USD for 10 GB and it just disappeared out into nowhereness just four months ago. Personally, I think that Powweb is an ideal choice - 7.77 USD for 1GB and free domain.

Dont scoff a site offering hosting for that cheap, just because its cheap. Webhosting need not be that expensive. Check out http://www.8-95.com/index.php?display=services
I've dealt with their sister concern dixiesys.com, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Of course, its recommended you do some research into your web host before going to them. |
