I have aol on my pc and Ive gotten a new ISP but when I try to connect it says that the modem is already in use. But when I connect with aol, it works fine. I uninstalled AOL but it still does it. What can I do to get rid of aol and use another ISP! AOL has taken control of my modem!
Thanks, Ron |

If you're using Win9x/ME, right click on Network Neighborhood/My Network Places, go to Properties and remove anything with "AOL" in it.
Check Device Manager as well and remove anything with "AOL" in it. |
