Site Won't Work

I can't access below link anymore. Part of the page comes up and a window pops up saying opening toolbar.html and then says page can't be displayed. Does this with Firefox and IE in my XP and the same when using Win98.

They have something screwed up on the server side. You can get to the page by bypassing the frame at http://www.longhornfanzone.com/main.shtml

I just tried to go there with Opera and it wanted to download and install a toolbar of some sort. I canceled and the page loaded fine.

Might want to do a spyware scan.

What it wanted to download was a framed page on the site. It is not spyware, just something screwed up with their shtml.

Page loads after "cancel" but not the whole page. There's usually an orange index on the left. Least it's not my PC since you guys got the same stuff.
