My computer isn't that slow or anything but no matter how many times i un/reinstall Outlook5 i always have a problem loading it. No matter from where i try to launch it (shortcut or not) there is always about a 5 minute lag in when it actually comes up, it just doesn't seem to recognize that i've clicked on it or anything- Any suggestions? thanks!

hope it helps
what about IE? does it take along time?
what about your ISP? Even though it doesn't sound like a ISP problem. What I did to help load time was goto tools-options- general-UNcheck "When starting go to infolder", "Send and recieve mess. at startup" "Check for mess.every.." outlook is supposed to share the sam internet connection as IE. Make sure it does. you can creat a log file for mail, news etc... rather me explain it go to help type in log in the index, there is also a trouble shooter there |
