help setting up streaming mp3's
Im working on a site for some guys that own a local recording studio. They want their music on their website so people can listen to it and decide if they want to buy it. I was wondering if anybody knew a good way to set this up. This is what they have right now http://slaughta.com/disc1/disc1.html
When I tryed going to the site the audio files don't play but when I copied everything to my computer it worked fine. They are using apache as their web server. |

I've been looking into shoutcast a little bit (thanks to floppyman), and it looks promising for streaming audio.
http://shoutcast.com [edit]: Now that I looked at the site, how are you trying to stream the files? I'm not sure how well flash works (if at all) with doing that. However, you might be able to imbed all the clips into the flash applet, rather than trying to stream them.
