IE pop-up won't go away...

I can't get rid of this pop-up.
It pops when I launch IE (not right way, after a few minutes).

And it does'nt pop up when I'm in another program....I think.

There is no window, just the tab...here is a pict.

I minimize it, it goes to the bottom right corner underneath the task bar. I maximize it and goes back to the tab. No window like I said.

I have run Adaware Pro and Norton. Nothing helps.

Any idea on what this can be?

link doesnt work. Are you sure adaware is up to date? Try spybot S&D www.safer-networking.org and if it still doesnt work post a hijackthis log www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn To do that put the program in its own folder, start it and press scan DONT FIX ANYTHING YET, press save log and save it somewhere, it will open notepad, post whats in it here.

Wow thanks ghost. Spy bot worked like a charm. I thought I kept my computer pretty clean. Wow did spybot prove me wrong.
