Thumbs up spymac mail

About the time when GMail was coming out with the beta, spymac.com introduced 1GB storage, fit and ready for use.

I just signed up today, and it's working great. Plus, it works with my mail client, which is very convienient. There's also 100MB of webspace and 250MB of FTP space. Looks like quite the deal, and at the best price too: free

That is a really good deal. I wonder what possessed them to do that?

How is their server? Does it have fast response time as far as sending and recieving emails.

It's pretty fast. The slowest thing is the login with the client when checking mail (about 4-5 sec). When a message gets sent, it's nearly instantaneous.

Wow. I don't know if I'll use the email much but those other features like picture storage look nice. What does "100MB of web space" mean. Does that mean I could upload stuff like audio and video files and link to them?
