Question ?
Does anyone know of a good file sharing site for music etc instead of using kazaa (i have kazaa lite) and theres too many hacks viruses and spyware in there ?

Yep, that's it. Safe as in what? legalwise or securitywise? Either way, it's safe.

the whole point of kazza lite was to get rid of spyware wasnt it? i use it anyway, but my brother recomends WinMX.

kazaa lite is free of spyware and all that junk. HOWEVER, the kazaa network itself is chock full of viruses, trojans, worms and whatnot, so I've heard.

Absolutely right Force Flow. K-Lite itself is free of spyware but any file you DL could contain it.

Course, it also looks like kazza does, as well. After all, that Romanian guy claimed it was stolen from him.

yea i know thats what im worried abot the security part i know its free of spyware on the program itself but u never know what ur downloading , although i run nortons 2003 if i scan the file in he shared file folder before i open it i should be ok right?
but i was looking for a program for just music im not really into other programs i got alot of friends for that dont need (internet)and i want it to be safe .....thanks guys |
