The 'Search' function does not work when chosen from the Menu bar. I immediately get the 'Action Canceled' screen when I try to use. I have checked the settings from the 'Customize' tab and I have checked the settings in the Internet Options area. Both seem to be in order.
Any ideas?

The first thing I'd do is scan for and remove spyware...famous for messing around with search and search options.
If you haven't already, download, install, immediately update and then run Spybot and/or Ad-Aware. Read the help files to familiarize yourself with how they work. I recommend you use them both since each tends to find things the other misses. Let them clean up any spyware found. Don't skip the update step, it's important! Please post back with the results. |
