Good place to put a file

I always put photos on my MSN Group or Webshots account and it works fine. However, I want to post a 3MB Quicktime movie from my digital camera for another forum. There isn't enough space on my MSN account. I had signed up for Spymac because it said "100MB of web space" I cannot figure out how to upload a file. Under the "Web Manager" there is something called "Spydisk" and it says there are zero kb used. There is also a button that says "upload files" however, it is grayed out. How am I supposed to use the "100 MB of web space"? I tried to sign up for a FreeWebs account but I can't get past the first page where I enter my user name, password, etc. I click next step and it sits there and says it's done loading the page. I have tried using My IE 2, Mozilla, and IE with no luck. I was succesful at signing up at ProHosting.com where it says I have "50 MB" but there is a 2MB limit per file which makes it useless. Does anyone know how I can post this file?

You could try geocities, but you can't outside link to files so you would have to setup a web page. You could also try yahoo briefcase.

You need to set a username and password in your "options" panel when you login to spymac in order to access the storage services.
