Hi from WV

I 've been reading PCMech for awhile now, been learning alot. Now decided to finally register. I think I will try to build when my old hp dies. From reading the posts here I am getting the confidence to "build it myself" Thanks for the great site and of course all the posters that know far more than I will ever know about computers.

Welcome

Hello and welcome. I have been on a number of sites that offer computer advice, and, I find that the people on this site know what they are talking about. Some of the other sites might have some knowlegeable people around, but, they tend to look down their noses at those of us that do not have a lot of experience.

So that makes me happy being a member. Again, welcome.

Welcome aboard!

This is the place. No hype, no crap, no fanboys...just plain talk if you want to build your own reliable and cost effective computer.
