Talking I'm here to go up a level in geekness.

Hello guys,

I've used a computer ever since I was 4 years old, my father had one of these old macs in a beige square case, and then I went to pc and linux, and pc, and so on and so forth. I'm really no software pro, I'm an amateur but i'm usually the one to help people with software problems rather than being the helpee.

I suddenly decided (having a real cool job for the first time) that I should probably go farther than that and build myself a machine that I could potentially update to follow the technology rather than buy a new one each few years.

I read the complete tutorial article on how to build yourself a computer on the pcmech website and I decided to come on the forums to get help when it's going to get unclear for me (which WILL happen). So I hope you guys will help me and i'll try to contribute to the community myself.

Have a happy,
