G'day
G'day all. I've just joined the forum and I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem which has recently appeared on my computer.
About a week ago when I opened up my Windows Hotmail account I had about 150 messages, many of them "message undeliverable" from the postmaster. I also received messages from friends saying they had received emails from me and they figured I had a virus. The virus had sent messages to everyone on my "contacts" list in hotmail. I did a full system scan with the free program I had installed and it found one virus which I removed. The email problems continued and two days ago I deleted the virus program and loaded the "StopZilla" virus program I saw recommended on this site. After doing a full scan several viruses were found which were then deleted but the problem still seems to be ongoing. I'm not that "computer intelligent" so please use the KISS method in your replies. Any suggestions? Thanks |
