Some of the older members may remember me, but, to introduce myself to the younger members, I am thorlo6! I am now 60 y/o disabled/retired nurse that is still crazy about PC's. I probably don't know as much as some you guys, but if I can give a little advice that helps someone I will. If my advice doesn't please someone, please enlighten me so I can do better.

I do that all the time on here. It's how I learn. If I know an answer I'll offer it. If I think I can answer someone's question, I'll give a good stab at it. Quite often I'll try and research it a bit first too. I try to always let the OP know if I'm just trying to help instead of knowing for sure though.

When I do offer help, I always go back to see if one of the mods has corrected anything. They are all great. No one has ever bashed me for being wrong or said anything to me, like you need to quit cuz your givng out bad advice. They'll just say nope, that's not right.
