Now if game developers would just start releasing linux versions I could just about completely move away from windows.

Steam does have Linux games. They all pretty much suck though. It will get better.

I find myself enjoying the indie games more often than the titles from big companies as of late. Super Meatboy, Binding Of Isaac, Shank/Shank 2, Bastion, Bit Trip Beat/Bit Trip Runner/Bit Trip Void, Dungeon Defenders, Cave Story+, Amnesia, Trine/Trine 2, Aquaria, and World Of Goo are all excellent games. Its kind of funny that the Indie devs readily develop for all platforms, while the big devs usually do one or 2.

I agree...
I regularly watch Humblebundle and Indiegala for their game bundles and buy them... most all are cross-platform and work well. I got stuck on Fieldrunners for quite a bit of time and its fun to play. Nice thing about Humblebundle is they have an Android app as well so you can get Steam keys for the game and also use them through the Android app... I use them on my tablet when we are mobile
