Now I got it to dial to my ISP. It dials in then disconnects. Linux suggest that my username and password are incorrect. But I know they are not. Is there something else I should include besides just "minuterice" My user name? Linux is really frustrating. I need to connect to the internet to update Xfre86 to keep from screen from making those little glitches.

Did u try running wvdialconfig? Your modem init string is probably wrong.
