No, not really, but there is clone of windows nt out there

I have heard of freedows98 before but it seems it died. I hope it does not happen the same with this project

IIRC, most of the devs of freewin95 are now working on ReactOS, the project changed name and target from 9x to NT.

Mandrake uses KDE as the desktop environment, it's possible to skin it. Among the options, there are themes that look exactly like Windows XP or Mac OS X.
