DNS issues.......

I have loaded Fedora Core 2 on a machine, and apparently I have not configured DNS or some other part of networking correctly. When I try to surf using Netscape, it takes a very long time to open the requested page, and it may even time out. Has anyone else run into this problem? Can anyone give me any info on the correct setup?

TIA

You need to edit /etc/modprobe.conf by adding these two lines at the end of the file:

alias net-pf-10 off
alias ipv6 off
