I still have the bootloader from a old installation of fedora 2 and I want to remove it, whats the best way of doing that without harming windows?

Boot from your windows CD, and type 'r' when prompted to go the the recovery console. Go through all the stuff there, and then type "fixmbr"
This should restore the master boot record. mike |
