Comprehensive guide to setting up Linux?
Does anyone here know of a comprehensive guide to Linux thats free? Something up to date and includes info about boot loaders, how to set up partitions, different distro's, and other discussion would be great. Thanks ahead of time.

I'm not a Linux user but a quick google search for "guide to linux" gives several choices. Here's one that looks good.

GForce64,
The link below is an excellent linux "as a whole" book, it's not distro specific it can be downloaded, or you can purchase a hard copy. The book itself is 580 pages of excellent information that covers just about everything http://www.icon.co.za/~psheer/book/index.html.gz Mike
