the only down side

the only down side to linux and apple and all those is that most games don't play on them so if you are a PC gamer then microsoft is almost a must unless you want to go searching for that %9 of mac games or that %.000001 of linux games

I know your pain. This is the only reason I have both linux and windows on my pc. I would dump windows if I could play games in linux.

It's called dual booting. You install both OS's (either on separate partitions or separate harddrives) and then use a boot manager where you choose which OS you would like to boot when you turn on your computer. HTH

cool I think I'm going to have linux then maybe apple or unix but they don't have the cool penquin and plus I've been on a apple PC and I think linux would be better
