ReactOS - Run Windows apps
I was reading about this OS called ReactOS where they're trying to build a non-WindowsOS, that would run Windows applications.
An interesting concept, but I couldn't tell what kind of progress thay had made. It sounds like they have the Kernel, part of the GUI and were working on the rest. Just curious if anyone here had downloaded the OS and saw what they had? |

It looks like this OS will need a lot more development before it will run actual windows applications. It would be nice if they could get a Direct X API working so that you can run games designed for windows. |
