Best Linux distro with apache preset?
Does anyone know of a good linux distro that comes with a good web server setup ready to configure? I guess I could pull out my copy of Mandrake 9 and upgrade the Apache package that came with it, but for what I want to do it would mean a lot of patching and upgrading from the start. MySQL, Perl, PHP, POP3 server, squarlmail, along with the work of a standard server change. I would like to cut down as many of the installs as I can. Any ideas? Really I just don't want to have to fight with it to get system up and more or less ready to go.
Here's the deal and why I'm asking. Right now I have one simi-popular website, and another largeish personal domain in the works. I don't expect either site to out grow virtual hosting size anytime soon, but I'm sick of paying $200+ a year for the two of them and any other web projects I start. I have an older Dell sitting around that's powerful enough, and a cable provider that doesn't have any rules banning servers. I figure I might as well take advantage of these facts if I can.

SuSE 9.1 (or greater probably) Pro has Apache 2.0 included. Also, RedHat is used a lot in web hosting.
