No internet connection with SuSe 9.3 Pro...

I've just installed the Linux OS on my system, everything is fine, apart from the fact I can't connect to the internet.........I'm using DSL ethernet connection to a PCI lan card. I'm guessing something is not configured right....Anyone had this problem..?

Pls help....!!

TIA......

Got to the Yast and on the hardware section see what the system says about the lan card under the PCI listings.

or you can use the suse box which displays the current hardware configuration and check all the pci lictings. this can be found on the system tray at the right of the taskbar

For dsl you have to configure a PPPOE connection. I don't have dsl and haven't configured a PPPOE connection so I can't help you further, but that's the direction to look in.
