opinion on what to put on this computer
i bought an old ibm thinkpad 240
333mhz cpu 192 mb of sdram 6gb hd it came with windows98 on it. Do you guys think a version of linux will run faster on it than windows 98? |

Faster? Probably not... Linux GUI's are typically slower than Windows, but more stable and have better support? Absolutely.
Give Damn Small Linux a shot. |
