Internet Cafe Program for Linux

I'm not sure if this is totally the right forum but here goes.

The University I'm currently working at has a library (wow!) and in it they have an internet cafe. Currently all 10 machines are running windows, although they'd like to transfer to Ubuntu, however they can't find a program to run the cafe. Currently they're using a program called Cybera Client on windows.

Does anyone know of a linux program? Also they have no money to spend.
