Can I d/l a full version of linux for free over the net? If so, which one do you advise I d/l? How long does it take to d/l over a dsl line?
Oh, and where can I d/l it from please? TIA |

www.linuxiso.org is also an excellent source for all types of linux distros.

Try the rest then get the best...get MEPIS. www.mepis.org go to downloads, pick a mirror,(ibiblio or ga-tec, etc), download SimplyMEPIS 3.4-3 and the md5sum page. Burn the saved ISO file to a cd or dvd as an ISO image & enjoy the best Linux on the net. Also visit www.mepislovers.org for help with anything you don't understand. Good Luck, 2GNUBY
