Linux for a really old laptop

Can anyone recommend a linux distro for a really old laptop I have? It's a fujitsu that is probably like 8 years old. 233 mhz processor, 96 MB of ram, and a pretty small hard drive (5-6 gigs). I don't really need to do a lot on it. I just need instant messaging that works with AIM, firefox, some sort of word processing, and it needs to be able to use my wifi card. Can anyone recommend a linux distro that would breathe some life back into this old beast? Thanks.
